Tested, It appears to be complete with all 42 yellow cards, 18 blue cards & 27 red cards. Traffic lights work, by pressing switch on it’s base. Get the kids off their PlayStations (if only?). Size: box is 39cms x 34cms x 4.5cms, just under 500gms weight.
