Condition - Dice are new, Direct from manufacturer, but SubStandard (Read Above). sold as bulk for projects. Factory seconds may have the following faults - Unfinished (untumbled, unpainted, blank) - Colour Defect - Bubbles & Holes - Stuck together - Misshapen.
