Spear & Sons (Spears Games).Origin: The tiles themselves were "Made in Bavaria" (Germany) at the Spear factory, while the final set packaging was "Boxed in England".Era: These sets primarily date from the 1930s to the 1950s (Pre-1950 mid-century).Materials: The box is made of cardboard, and the individual tiles inside are crafted from wood. Each individual wooden domino usually features an imprint or stamp of a steam train on its reverse side.
