Excellent condition unused. The scenario cards are printed on 200gms. The counters have been re-manufactured printed on waterproof glossy paper and mounted on 1.5mm card. Panzer Leader 1940 first goes into the West Front line up and includes 10 scenario (Situations 21 through 30).
