Set up the tower with the Santa block at the top then take turns carefully removing one of 42 blocks and trying not to make the whole tower topple over.
If you pull a nice block, you get to choose a player to have another go. If you get a naughty block, then YOU have to take another turn.
Not everything is as it seems. There are 6 naughty blocks and 6 nice blocks hidden among the rest.
