The box is in excellent condition. The big trak itself is in almost excellent or better condition. All battery compartments are spotless. The wheels are excellent . No cracks or dings or playware. Powers on. Not sure how to program the item and have no reason to believe this item is not fully functional. Please see pictures and ask any and all questions prior to purchase. Thanks for looking.
