Comes with all pieces/cards pictures, it is unknown if that accounts for every piece but seems conplete. There is no board with this box. The house pieces are made of wood. The box is in acceptable condition with a ripped square on the box (where I pulled off an address sticker), tape on several corners, and rubbing along the edges.
